Christopher HughesHi My Name is Christopher Howard Hughes and I am the Managing Director of Howard Hughes Consulting (HHC). I am a friendly, professional and pragmatic management consultant with over 15 years experience within public and private sector, specializing in compliance & risk management. Corporate experience in reporting directly to board members regarding high risk strategic issues within multi complex, multi-national organisations. Compliance audits and maintenance of management systems has led to policy setting across companies to ensure any changes in legislation are identified and requirements exceeded. Setting corporate targets and objectives along with chairing Corporate Responsibility Working Groups has been undertaken recently along with driving forward environmental compliance and sustainability policies and frameworks throughout various life cycles of company operations. Project management experience in the implementation of quality & environmental management systems along with management of compliance budgets exceeding £1m. Experienced within emergency contingency and business continuity plans for the NHS and other multi-national organisations.
